Ex-Lakers Executive Jim Buss Puts His L.A. Live Penthouse On The Market….Again

Jim Buss, a part-owner of the Lakers and former team executive, has put his penthouse in downtown Los Angeles back on the market for $6.75 million. That is around 2 million not as much as when he first put the 4,300-square-foot unit up for sale two years prior, records show.

Situated inside the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live, where sprouting Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball now lives, the southeast-corner unit incorporates open-plan living and dining rooms, an office/den and a formal section. The kitchen has been remodeled and includes Gaggenau appliances and custom fixtures.

There are three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath. The master suite opens to a different parlor.

Floor-to-ceiling windows take in city-to-coastline sees in almost every room. A couple of parking spaces are incorporated with the unit.

A rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center and valet and concierge services are among building amenities.

Buss, 58, purchased the penthouse in 2013 for $4.05 million. His other real estate property incorporate various advancements in the Monarch Bay territory of Dana Point.

The child generally businessman and Lakers majority owner Jerry Buss, Buss already held the title of executive vice president of ball operations for the Lakers. He was eased of his obligations a year ago as a feature of an authoritative shakeup that incorporated the flight of long-lasting general manager Mitch Kupchak and the arrangement of Magic Johnson as the group’s president of basketball operations.

Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman hold the listing.
